This means is that we only purchase our materials from Reputable Distributors whom sell fresh dated materials with the proper Manufacturer's Warranty. This gives us and our Customers the ease of mind advantage that a 25 year or 30 year or 50 year roofing will actually last that long. Another advantage is that we're able to supply a wider array of desired material colors.

Warning: When seconds are used there is no Manufacturer Warranty. Therefore, when the roofing materials become brittle or aged before their time the Manufacturer nor the Roofer will hold the liability to replace your roof. This is the reason why T.H.E. will only use Prime Materials at all times.

If you are buying or selling your home this is a must. This report is usually required by the City Building department and is needed at closing.

If the roof is ready to leak, if it has been temporarily repaired just for this sale, how much life is left on this roof, and any other questions. ​
